Partner With Us to Serve Students
Shine Therapy for Students is actively seeking qualified speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs) to join our contractor network. We partner with schools throughout Idaho to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in need.
As a contract SLP or SLPA with Shine Therapy, you'll enjoy the flexibility of independent practice with the support of an established organization. We handle the administrative burden so you can focus on what you do best—helping students communicate.
Starting rates: $45/hr – $65/hr based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications
We're looking for dedicated SLPs and SLPAs who meet the following criteria.
- SLP: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- SLP: Current CCC-SLP certification from ASHA
- SLPA: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Background check clearance required
